1 . Thinly slice moolah , onion , unripened pepper , and carrots and combine in a medium service bowl .   * * I completed this step within a couple of minutes by using my food processor .

2 . In a disjoined bowl mix together dressing ingredients .   Taste and supply additional salt and capsicum as desire .

3 . Pour dressing over cabbage concoction – toss and refrigerate for 30 minutes .   flip again before dish .
