The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society ( PHS ) is the recipient of a project grant of almost $ 480,000 , 20 % of which is designated as ecumenical operating reinforcement , from The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage ( the Center ) to conduct sTREEt workplace .
