Sue’s garden in Ohio

Today ’s picture are from Sue Moyer in Ohio . She says,“This is my cubic yard in Milford , Ohio . We ’ve lived here for 37 years and we have used a ton of pine bark mulch with conditioner and compost to amend the dirt . Our ground is mostly clay and the after all these years , we finally have great territory .

“ I have flower bed throughout the yard . I think my hubby has been encouraging me so he wo n’t have to mow as much . The little pool in the back was my first try at putting in a pool and the bird , squirrels , and neighbourhood dogs sleep together to get a drinkable in the summer .

“ I love to meld different wraith of greens , especially in the shade garden . The Funka , liriope , lambs ears , Nipponese timber grass , and sweet flag make a great presentation .

“ I like adding some interest to my peak beds and total kitty , birdhouses , and a little dwarf garden are a few . We are in the process of put in a large pool with a falls and would love to share pictures when we are finished . ”

Beautiful , Sue ! That trivial pool is especially gratifying , and your stone edging is gorgeous ! You MUST send photos of the big pond when it ’s finished . Thanks !
