He also looks ahead : where does Desch brook in 10 year in terms of sustainability and other developments ? Where does he want to take Desch ?
With over thirty year of experience in the plastics sector , Jan Willem joined Desch as the director ten years ago .

Could you recount us about the most noteworthy changes that Desch has enforce in the last ten years ? ( in relation to the gardening sector )
" Desch was already engage in sustainability before it became a wide talk over subject .
